Justin Edwards named Raiders official photographer

Racine Raiders new photographer, Justin EdwardsThe Racine Raiders are pleased to announce that Justin Edwards will be the team’s official photographer beginning with the 2015 season. The announcement was made by Raiders marketing manager Joanna Margosian.

“Justin is a very talented individual at what he does,” she said. “He is a fan that wanted to volunteer his services to the Raiders and we are so glad and fortunate to have him as part of the Raiders family.”

Edwards has a history with the Raiders, as a longtime fan.

“I decided to take the position of Raiders photographer because it allows me to combine my love for photography and the Racine Raiders organization,” Justin said.

A native of Kenosha, Edwards went to his first Raiders game with his father, Robert, in 1990 and has been a fan ever since. Making the games on and off throughout the years, he can recall never attending a losing game.

“I even remember when Coach Wilbert Kennedy as a player on the field,” he added.

After graduating from Kenosha’s Bradford High School in 1999, Justin moved to Chicago to continue his passion of photography. As a lifelong filmmaker and photographer, he has shot photos and videos for Red Bull, Gatorade, Nike, Converse, the National Football League, and other sports brands.Edwards is employed by Futureman Digital in Chicago.

“I work for one of the best advertising firms around,” according to Justin. “I’m excited to be a part of the Racine Raiders and to document their history along the way.”
