Offensive Lineman Dale Wroblewski

Racine Raiders offensive lineman Dale WroblewskiDale Wroblewski is enjoying his first year as a Racine Raiders player. This is Dale’s fourth year in the Mid-States Football League, previously playing for the Dane County Hawks, Madison Mustangs, and Wauwatosa Spartans.

Dale has wanted to be a member of the Racine Raiders since the first time he ever played against the Raiders. He feels that very few organizations offer the levels of coaching, organization, player talent, volunteers, and stability. Dale is also impressed with the Raiders fan base. He has seen fans tailgating 2-1/2 hours before a game and feels that this doesn’t even happen at some National Football League stadiums.

“Our attendance is incredible home and away,” Wroblewski states. “We just played four hours away and there were more Raiders fans than the home team’s fans.”

In his mind, there is no other team to play for other than the Raiders.

Dale has worked at Baird in wealth management for the past seven years. He finds that people generally have a lot of questions and concerns about personal finance and don’t know who to ask, what to ask, or are afraid to ask. He gets a great feeling developing trust with someone and helping them plan for their future.

In addition to wanting to play professional football as a child, Dale also had dreams of one day being a rare coin dealer.

One very interesting thing about Dale is that he only played eight weeks of organized football before the age of 25. Tennis was his primary sport. He played tennis in college for UW-La Crosse. Dale was never an all-state athlete in high school, but was a three-time, all-state musician.

Any way you dice it, the Racine Raiders are lucky to finally have Dale playing for the right team!
